Delivery Times
We strive to deliver all orders within 4 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, local postal services, or holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process. Customs duties and additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which allows you to track the progress of your delivery. You can also track your order on our tracking page: Track Order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Failed Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the delivery failure. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery of the item.

Lost or Delayed Packages
In the event of a lost or delayed package, please contact us at support@movastyler.com. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Deliveries
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the postal service of the destination country and customs procedures. Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
